Talking Rubbish is passionate about the environment, and aims to reduce, reuse, recycle and recover 100% of the waste. Talking Rubbish fully complies with all regulations to give our customers the confidence that their waste is dealt with responsibly and ethically.

All waste collected is weighed on a calibrated weighbridge and is visually inspected prior to being tipped in a designated tipping area. Once the material is tipped, it is sorted into different waste streams.

The larger particles of waste are removed by hand and the smaller sections then get separated by mechanical processes using a variety of machines and equipment.

We aim to make sure all mixed construction and general waste is sorted into categories to try to ensure nothing is sent to landfill.
